After making a purchase, please send your design through Etsy messenger or email it to organikcraftdesigns [!at] gmail.com. Please ensure that it is in EPS, AI, SVG, PDF, vector format, or a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file that is not pixelated. I cannot use low-resolution images, photographs of the logo or design, or screenshots.
If this is a re-order, please include the name of the logo in the notes to the seller at checkout. Bulk pricing listings are available upon request, but they will not be automatically calculated, and I will need to send you a custom listing.
I am not responsible for sweatband stains resulting from sweating.
Care of the hat: patches should not be cleaned, but if necessary, a sponge can be used with little water and almost no pressure. The hat's inside and sweatband area can be cleaned with mild detergent, spot clean, and hard-to-remove areas can be brushed softly. Please never put the hat in a washing machine or dryer and allow it to air dry. Please note that navy and dark brown hats with black engraving will appear darker in person, and we suggest contrasting colors.

Please never put hats in a washer or dryer or submerge them in water. They are not sewn but permanently attached with a special product.
